How it all started
Manhattan Brew & Vine (MBV) located on the corner of 109th Street and Columbus Ave, brings an upscale dining and nightlife experience to South Harlem. The lounge will offer a wide selection of the highest quality wines from around the world and an extensive assortment of craft beers that will pair perfectly with the food offerings that are both satisfying and great for sharing.
Manhattan Brew & Vine will feature 12 beers on tap and 19 bottles to choose from. Nightlife industry veteran Ralph Mercado has been brought on board as MBV's General Manager and will oversee operations at the restaurant and lounge. Destined to be both a local favorite and destination location, there will be special weekly programming implemented, along with nightly rotating DJs.
Long time friends Joseph Hardgrave, Vancho Tolomanosi and Jayvon Smith are the creative forces behind Manhattan Brew & Vine. Hardgrave's knowledge of beer and wine played a key role in selecting the beer and wine list and Tolomanosi’s knowledge in design and construction helped to bring the MBV experience to Manhattan.
