Gift Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Everywhere in the USA! Your gift will be packaged with care and shipped via USPS Priority (1-3 days anywhere). You will receive an email from us with tracking information once your gift has been shipped. Please feel free to contact us with any special requests or questions regarding shipping.  We will always do our best to accommodate.

Q: When will my gift be shipped?

A: Your order will be shipped the following business day. You may choose to specify a future date for shipment if you are purchasing a gift in advance. Simply specify the future ship date in the special instructions text box made available on the shopping cart page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Kalamazoo Gift Company complete with tracking information once your gift has been shipped.

Q: What are the shipping charges?

A: Every gift is shipped Priority with tracking info provided for just $9.95. *Hint-hint: Sign up for our newsletter (found in the footer) for exclusive free shipping discounts codes we send out sporadically!

Q: How will I know my gift has been delivered?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, complete with tracking information and an anticipated delivery date. 


Q: Can I include a gift note to go along with the gift?

A: Yes! There is a "Gift Message" text box on the shopping cart page.  This shopping cart page appears when you add an item to your cart.  We take the gift message you submit and hand write it beautifully into a card which is presented along with your gift. You can also use this box to specify the date you would like the gift delivered and any special instructions. Here is an example of what to include in the gift message box:

            Lori,  I am so blessed to have a friend like you in my life. I hope you have a wonderful birthday! Love, Susan

            *Please ship to arrive close to but before May 20th. Thanks!

Q: I want to give the gift to the person myself rather than have you ship it to them. Can I do that?

A: Absolutely. Our gifts are so beautiful we don't blame you for wanting to take credit in person! This is a great option if you want to bring the gift to an event such as a baby shower, wedding shower, or birthday party.  Simply include your own address in the shipping info at checkout and we'll send the gorgeously wrapped gift straight to you!


Q: I need to order employee gifts for our entire office, is that something your company can help me with?

A: Yes - that sounds fun! Please give us a call: 269-978-4322, or send us an email: [email protected], so we may learn about you and your office. We will put together a set of options tailored to your needs and wants. You simply choose which you love the most and we'll take care of the rest! We love special requests so don't be afraid to ask - you're in the right place!


Q: Can you do wedding favors?

A: Yes - along with baby shower favors, wedding shower favors, party favors, bridal party gifts, and more! Simply give us a call to get started.  We would like to learn about you and your event to present you with options you'll love. We are truly full-service taking care of the ordering, packaging, and wrapping of your favors.
